Micrograph analysis allows for a precise evaluation of the behavior of terminals and cables after the crimping process. The preparation involves sectioning the crimp, polishing it, and performing an electrochemical cleaning treatment. Using specially designed software that meets all DIN standards and relevant OEM specifications, an image is generated, ready for processing.
This process verifies dimensional parameters such as crimp height and width, strand compaction, and other factors that determine the final quality of the crimp.
