The idea of founding the Good Wiring Academy was inspired by our clients, who expressed a pressing need to provide some form of training for their operators.
Wiring may seem like a simple task, easily performed by anyone through mere imitation.
However, improvisation often leads to poor work practices, which can result in serious consequences for production.
It is neither realistic nor desirable for wiring operators to spend workdays studying lengthy, scientific manuals that do not effectively address the practical needs of those who must master a few precise, concrete fundamentals for their daily tasks.
Auratech took action and introduced a course called “A Day with the Technician”.
An intensive eight-hour session with a true wiring expert—someone with decades of field experience who can cover all the essential aspects of wiring in a short amount of time.
The ingredients for success: small number of participants (no more than four), Auratech mini-applicators, a manual designed by Auratech, answers to every doubt or question (there are no stupid questions!).
The results exceeded expectations: satisfied operators and business owners, and even colleagues of past participants requesting additional sessions so they, too, can take part!
